Learners volunteer to join a committee

Please complete the following form if you are interested in joining a postgraduate committee as a learner representative. Postgrad and hospital committees value learner participation at different points throughout the year. If an opportunity becomes available you will be contacted with more information including the committee name and time commitment. You will have the opportunity to decline participation at that time.

Each year the names in our database will expire on June 30. A new request will be sent to all learners to self identify in the new academic cycle.
