Emergency Department Asthma Care Pathway (MacHealth) Learn More
The Emergency Department Asthma Care Pathway (EDACP) is an evidence-based, standardized approach to treating acute asthma exacerbations. The Adult EDACP is for those 16 years and older with a history of asthma, COPD with asthma, pregnancy and asthma, or previous episode of wheezing requiring treatment.
This course reviews the background, development and research behind the EDACP; become familiar with the Pathway contents; and practice implementation through a typical asthma ED case presentation.
