Program Directors and Program Administrators are invited to register to this half-day information session on March 9, 2020 from 8:00 to 12:00 at The Hamilton Waterfront Centre, where we will have presentations from Human Resources Services of McMaster and Professional Association of Residents of Ontario (PARO). The first talk will go over Effective Communication Across Generations and Personality Types, and the second session will create an opportunity for discussion about how best to support residents in advance of the PARO-CAHO Collective Agreement renegotiation coming in 2020.
