Once you have successfully completed your training, there are three tasks to complete before your leave:

• Return your PGME Photo ID badge
• Return your PGME pager
• Collect your certificate

The PGME office is currently physically open Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Certification Instructions

Certificates to confirm your successful completion of your PGME training program (residency program or clinical fellowship) are issued on the recommendation of Program Directors, with the approval of the program’s Residency Training Committee, and the Associate Dean, PGME.

Unless otherwise instructed by your program, there are three ways to collect your certificate upon completion of your program:

Please note that certificates are held for one calendar year from the completion of training date. PGME cannot provide duplicate certificates.
