The McMaster PGME EDI subcommittee’s goal to is to educate leadership through activity engagement that advances equal access and reduces barriers involving postgraduate trainees, and provide support to PGME trainees through education, workshops and collaboration with the McMaster Equity & Inclusion Office, as well as community partnerships.
