Program Directors and Program Administrators are invited to join us for a half-day information session with Human Resources Services of McMaster and Professional Association of Residents of Ontario (PARO). The session will focus on two areas of interest:
Effective Communication – Discover what makes each generation unique in terms of values, needs and strengths. Then, take this knowledge and learn to apply it to effective communication practices, keeping personality types, as well as inclusion and respect in mind.
PARO Talk – In advance of the PARO-CAHO Collective Agreement coming up for renegotiation in 2020, PARO is happy to hear suggestions programs have to improve the lives of residents. We hope the session will create an opportunity for discussion about how best to support residents and to think about how we might resolve some of the challenges we face in our roles.
